I'm Damien Esprit, founder of Legacy. For more than 25 years, I have operated inside complex consumer products organizations across engineering, program management, strategic sourcing, and global supply chain leadership roles. My career has been built on reducing operational complexity, stabilizing supplier networks, improving cost structure, and strengthening execution discipline across multi-region environments.
I have led global sourcing organizations, overseen international supplier networks, stepped into interim executive roles during periods of instability, and built operating models designed to support scalable growth. My experience spans large enterprise environments and high-growth, PE-backed businesses navigating margin pressure, volatility, and structural supply risk across diverse geographies.
Legacy was created to bring that operator mindset to companies that need disciplined execution — not advisory theory.

My foundation began in my father's mechanic shop, where I learned early that systems only work when every component performs. That mindset continues to shape how I approach supply chains today — structured, disciplined, and built to endure.
